Great stay. The tram is in fron of the hotel and it is close to Zurich Lake.

Good location and clean. Good breakfast. The executives at the reception were extremely polite friendly and helpful.

Staff was very helpful, location is great and close to train station. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops close by. Very nice stay.

The Sorell Boutique Hotel is a hidden gem. The location is UNBEATABLE! the staff is amazing too! everyone we dealt with was extremely helpful, in particular Dalia and Daria, who we first met upon our arrival were very friendly, professional, helpful - this in not to say other team members were not as great (I just don't remember their names!) The hotel itself is very well kept, the breakfast is excellent and the coffee made me want to wake up early everyday to grab my first cup. The room we had, the Business double was not very large, but very well appointed and because we were on the ground floor we had a little patio onto the hotel's courtyard which was very pleasant. The hotel staff made every effort to compensate for the extreme hot weather, and set two fans in our room that did the trick! Also, they took care of arranging for excursions we did outside of the city and coordinating taxi pick up at the hotel whenever we requested it; in short, they took care of us and of every detail to make our stay a pleasant one. Something else I appreciated was the bathroom! the water pressure was superb and the Japanese style bidet was a great amenity. This was our first time in Zürich and plan on returning, so for sure we will stay at this property again.

Our stay at Neues Schloss Privat Hotel Zurich was outstanding from beginning to end. Every member of the staff we encountered was consistently warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely committed to making our visit perfect. The quality of service never varied, regardless of the time of day or whom we approached. The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, impeccably maintained, and ideally located. Every detail was handled flawlessly, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. We would return without hesitation and recommend this hotel enthusiastically to anyone visiting Zurich.
