We arrived late with a 1 yr old, 7 yr old, & 9 yr old. All appeared ok upon arrival (beautiful view, spacious beds, clean bayhroom) & we quickly left to enjoy timeshare. Upon our return as kids were getting into the bed and moving the covers/pillows we discovered several hairs between the sheets, on the covers, and dry ear wax on one of the pillows. It was 1am so I forced my kids to sleep but I did go down after to complain. Was offered room swap but with such young kids we did not accept as one never wants to wake a sleeping baby. Really upset as this was not cheap and the room cleanliness was extremely lacking. Will not go back.

Great location, and lounge for breakfast, coffee and evening drinks really useful.

Overall, our stay at the Palazzo was "ok", but there were several aspects of the experience that were disappointing. My biggest concern was the substantial incidental hold placed on our debit card at check-in. This was not explained to us at check-in. We stayed five nights, and the Palazzo placed a $750 hold ($150 per night) on our card. We don't charge purchases to our room, so having that amount of our available funds tied up for the duration of our stay was inconvenient. Ironically, we were forced to charge purchases to the room this trip since what little available funds we had left were for expenses outside the Palazzo. We also experienced a complete water outage for more than an hour during our stay. Unfortunately, this occurred while we were getting ready for a 2:00 p.m. show at the Sphere. I was in the middle of a shower when the water stopped and had to rinse the soap off using bottled water we happened to have in the room. While I understand unexpected issues can occur, this was a significant inconvenience, especially at a luxury resort.

Our stay at Crockfords Hotel in Las Vegas was amazing from beginning to end\. Everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment we arrived until the time we departed\. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and always kept exceptionally clean\. The bed was made each day, and the housekeeping team did an outstanding job throughout our stay\. They were helpful, attentive, and truly made us feel well taken care of\. The excellent service and attention to detail made our experience very special\. We would definitely stay at Crockfords again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming hotel experience in Las Vegas\.

Hotel was okay. But tv in the room was iffy at best. Beds were a bit worn.
