9/10 Wonderful! (1,594 reviews)
Very comfortable bed mattress.
Our room was 3rd floor construction side but it was quiet. Standard room has no slippers no tissue box.
Air condioner was way too cold.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,003 reviews)
The room was clean, the balcony was awesome and breakfast was excellent. The room was a bit smaller than I expected, it wasn't tiny but I did feel cramped at some points.
Staff was polite, not overly accommodating, couldn't break some bills for us. We thought that was odd for a five star hotel.
We were told the rooftop was open until 1am but it was closed whenever we wanted to go, usually for a night cap but definitely before 1.
Hotel was more boutiqueish than a grand hotel, served its purpose.
