This hotel was fantastic! Great location. Staff always cheerful and accommodating. Rooms are well thought out and utilize space well. The terrace pool with a bar awesome. Highly recommend.

Généralement, l’hôtel est très bien. Il est bien situé, dans un quartier calme, à environ cinq minutes du Camp Nou et à cinq minutes à pied du métro. Dans l’ensemble, j’ai eu une bonne expérience et je le recommande.

Our aircon didn’t work. The hotel should have moved our room in the first instance but instead sent three people in to ‘fix’ it. They didn’t fix it. And we had three people in our room instead. One while my husband was sleeping. In the end - as i was tired of complaining- I had extra sheets sent up and I slept on the sofa in the next room. At check out, I had to ask for compensation and was offered a token reduction on the cost of some food we had. Honestly, I am so disappointed with everything about this stay. And the staff at Nobu couldn’t have made me feel less important if they had tried. They never followed up to see if the issue was solved and they should have moved our room in the first instance instead of trying to fix it. I took photos of all the readings of the room. The average being 26 degrees during a heatwave. I am so disappointed and completely unsatisfied with how the situation was handled and that I had to ask for compensation (this should have been offered) and that all we were offered was a part of our bill for food reduced, The whole situation ruined our stay in Barcelona.
