There was no one at the desk when I arrived. No hot water the first morning. When I called about it, the front desk person was like “oh well, I’ll report it to maintenance.” For what I paid, they should have moved me to a different room immediately. But they did not care. I guarantee that I won’t be returning.

Great spot. Location to subways and most things in the city is very walkable, staff were friendly, and hotel cleanliness was great. Had one of the balcony rooms with a sweet view of world trade. Made our stay great.

The hotel is in an excellent location, you can choose to spend your day at the pool, the beach or visit one of the many bars / restaurants nearby. Hotel staff is very forthcoming and friendly, they let you feel like you are at home.
Rooms are clean, however they could be more spacious, rather small for US standards. There is for instance not enough space for luggage and wardrobe is very small as well.
Consider 60$ / night extra for parking (valet).
