The staff was very friendly. We were able to leave our luggage before check in and after checkout. Complimentary beverages and refills were provided. I booked through third party and no issues with reservation. We had the family suite which included 2 full beds, 1 king, 2 bathrooms. It was very clean and perfect size for 4 adults.

The Venetian is an iconic property and we’re glad to have stayed there, but it’s easily one of the most crowded spots on the Strip — and the constant cloud of cigarette smoke doesn’t help. Overall, it felt good, not great, compared to some of the other hotels.

Room was spotless, extremely pretty. I have just two comments:
1. Please put some moisturizer into the bathrooms, in addition to shampoo, etc.
2. Please increase the water flow in sinks! Given that the flow in both shower and tub is voluminous, it seems a bit silly to knock back the flow when a guest is brushing their teeth! Better to cut back a little on the shower and tub!
