The staff was extremely friendly helpful and happy. The hotel was clean and well maintained. It was a 5 minute walk to the train station which was convenient. There was a nice gym, great hot tub and saunas. The lounge was great too. The room was nice.

Staff were welcoming. Room was clean and quiet even though it is close to subway station. Room temperature was just right.
Sleep was good except during the last night of stay, I could hear kids crying from a room close by at 4am, which was a bit disruptive to my sleep.
