We thought that everything was great- location, staff, amenities which we did not use, cleanliness. The only thing that I found amusing was that when I needed a pen and paper which you can find in any low, moderately or expensive hotel, I found nothing. If a visitor needs a pen or paper, he/she should bring his/her own. $1000 a night will not buy you a pen or writing pad.

Everything about this hotel, the room, the staff, the lobby, the espresso machine in the downstairs lobby, EVERYTHING felt like a luxury hotel - except the price.
I cannot recommend this hotel enough.
