The view from my room was mesmerizing. The lake was beautiful. The room itself was nice. We loved the bathroom. What we didn't love is the restaurants. No one was present to seat us at the Medici Cafe. So we left. The Firenze, we had to ask the bartender if it was self-seating, because we were standing around and no one asked if we needed help. The food at the Firenze was delicious and our waitress Christine was the only waitress working. The gift shop was the same. It had a Starbucks, so of course it had clients. There was only one clerk working as a barista and the clerk. It was sad. We think overall the hotel was nice, but it is not managed to it's full potential. I also want to mention that there were kids running around and pestering the bartender. He had to tell them to get away from the bar. They then preceding to sit at the restaurant tables and were play fighting and being loud. It made for a poor experience.

Great pool for kids
"We had a great stay. My girls love the pool. Very convenient if you are traveling with kids. You have everything inside hotel. Movie theater, game room, food, access to river, they offer child care if you need to get some time for yourself. Definitely we will go back next year."
