The pool and hot tub are great! It can get crowded on weekends. The check in staff were very polite. The check in cookie is always a nice bonus. The room is nice and clean. No issues except for a broken bathroom door. Would book here again for the pool and hot tub alone.

I recently stayed at LHotel and found the experience to be somewhat mixed. The room itself was acceptable, but it felt a bit dated, and I noticed the floors were not as clean as expected. I had also hoped for more original architectural details or design elements that reflected the building’s 1800s heritage, which would have added significantly to the overall charm. There were a few service and maintenance issues that stood out. The towels provided were worn and slightly torn, and there was no liquid hand soap available in the room. Additionally, when I called the front desk to request a fork, I was asked to come down and pick it up myself, which was disappointing for a hotel of this caliber. That said, there were some highlights. The continental breakfast, particularly the chocolatines and coffee, was excellent, and the lobby and common areas are quite impressive and inviting. Overall, I feel that with a bit more investment and closer attention to detail, this hotel has the potential to move from above average to truly excellent.

clean room, amazing staff, safe for solo travelers!!

The hotel is in an excellent location. Staff were very friendly. Room we had was very large. Breakfast was great. Main drawback with the hotel was that the bar and restaurant were closed most evenings after 8pm. I think this might change in warmer months as they have a rooftop bar.

It was a really good area. Lots of good restaurants nearby and close to the metro and bus stations. The check in and check out process were clear. The room we stayed at was spacious and pretty clean. Would recommend!

Room was super cute, very clean and comfortable. Very easy check in. Close to everything. We will go back!

Staff very friendly and helpful. The apartments have taken a battering since the photos were taken … the white sofa could do with a clean, floors are damaged and could do with a deep clean , no bedside lights or plug sockets by the bed. Was a practical place to stay and closet to old town.
