Great location. Just be aware that not all rooms are accessible by elevators. We had a half staircase to access our room.

Simply 5 star hotel in historic building on a superb location, excellent service and super helpful staff.

This hotel is located well and within easy walking of many desired venues. Hotel was clean and the breakfast should not be missed..

Extremely friendly bell staff and very quick service for baggage collection. The staff in the lobby/bar area were very friendly. The room was spacious and had tall ceilings, it felt grand but updated. Far away from the chaos of the center of the city but easy enough to walk to it.

We checked in late and the AC in our room was broken. They moved us to a much smaller room that had AC for the night (after we paid for an upgrade). The next day we were able to move to a different room but they did not refund us the upgrade for the first night or offer us Como breakfast or anything for needing to move rooms twice. Once that was settled, we had a nice stay. The hotel location is excellent and close to the sights and cafes without being loud and in the middle of it. The room AC worked well which was important during this heat wave. Staff was very friendly and welcoming . Rooms were clean, nice.
