From the moment I checked in, the hotel manager went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Any small issue I raised was resolved immediately and with genuine care. It’s rare to meet someone so proactive, attentive, and committed to guest satisfaction. What truly elevated my stay was the complimentary upgrade I received—not just once, but multiple times. The manager personally ensured I was moved to a better room, making my stay far more comfortable and memorable. The service, hospitality, and professionalism were truly exceptional. I left feeling valued and well-taken-care-of. Highly recommended, and I will definitely return!

Staff were nice and helpful Regarding thecdaily cleaning of the room, it started off well at the beginning of the stay. However, as the week went on, the room wasn't cleaned and tidied up to standard. The cups were dirty and weren't relaced. Used cutlery were not taken away Also, it was a shame the pool was closed. It would be nice if bottled water were provided as part of the package
