We are a couple traveling with a 4 year old son. This was our first trip to Osaka. The proximity to shopping and Osaka Castle were very nice. We did a day trip to Dotombori via taxi, and it was an easy short drive. The breakfast buffet was 5 stars. The variety of food was amazing and everything we ate we all enjoyed. One thing that was a huge disappoint is that I missed that the pool is only available to over 18 year old individuals. My son loves to swim and this was the only hotel with a pool that I booked during our trip and I had intended to take him swimming while we were staying. Unfortunately that was not able to happen and we were all terribly disappointed. The bed was very comfortable, the hotel was very quiet, we had a lovely view overlooking the river. We made use of the laundry to freshen up our travel stained clothing, and they were returned immaculate. I can highly recommend the laundry service. Also, the hotel provides fresh, crisp pajamas for use during your stay. Overall, a very nice stay.

What a luxurious and beautifully run hotel this is. Beautiful rooms, gorgeous outdoor zen Japanese garden on the 12th floor, located in a great upscale part of Osaka. It was an oasis on a busy tourist schedule that pampered us. There are notable artworks in the public areas adding to the hotels sense of excellent taste and pleasing all of the senses. Worth every cent.
