it was a great experience

The only issue we had was that they did not have iron in each room. They had 2 for all to use in laundry area, which is not convenient. Other than that is was great. Very close to train station.

We had a great stay. Staff were very helpful and rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious.

Everything was perfect , the location and the hotel staff were amazing

New hotel, listed as 5 stars. The facility is modern, but the rooms are relatively small with low ceilings. The furniture is already worn out, adding to a feeling if decay and overuse. The room was not clean - glass tables with finger prints, and sticky floors in the restroom. Disgusting. In subsequent days the cleaning of the room and restroom was inadequate. The hotel is full all the time. The restaurants were booked the five nights that I stayed here. I had to walk outside if hotel to grab a bite to eat. The lobby is packed. Usage of the pool or gym is NOT included. You have to pay a significant fee to access those facilities, and when you do, the pull is saturated with people. Not pleasant at all. When you ask from help from the staff, all you get is a smile and a "we are sorry", but no assistance at all. I cannot recommend this hotel. It really is mediocre at best, and certainly far from a luxury designation. There are many better choices in Seoul.

The property was clean and easy to stay. Rooms are quite small and building is getting a bit dated for the price we paid but it worked out fine for our need. Rooms were clean and it is very close to train. You can take the AREX all stops directly from ICN very easily. I would stay here again if need be.
