I had issues right when i checked in. I had reserved a king bed ocean view and they gave me a 2 bed ocean view. I had to wait until the next day to get a new room. they told me to check in at 12 to make sure i had a room by 3pm. I went at 12 and then at 3 and the room wasn't ready, it was getting fixed by maintenance crew. The room was at a lower floor and the ocean view was more like palm trees. I didn't go back to the front desk because i didn't feel like dealing with it again. Also, on our first day the bags are not taken by the bell boys, guest are responsible to take them to their room. Employees (waiters) at the restaurants seem unhappy working, they were not welcoming and they were not tentative to serve or refill drinks. Also noticed employees would gossip and talk bad about each other. Seem very unprofessional. However, there were good times spend, the employees at the beach, pool (Pablo to be exact), coffee, and entertainment were good.
