Overall the stay was good. If you are looking for a family oriented hotel but this offered activities and amenities geared towards young families. The resort felt outdated. There was a few times when there was no water but the hotel did try and solve the concern immediately. I found the AC in the rooms were too strong so either you had it on and were cold or had it off and then eventually became too warm. The staff is very friendly.

Room was very clean and the views were great. We stayed in a bungalow that faced the ocean and had its own little balcony and deck area with lounging chairs. It was very peaceful and beautiful. There were many local shops that were walking distance behind the resort and had many delicious restaurants. The included breakfast at this resort is top notch! Each and every staff member I encountered is amazing, welcoming and goes above and beyond for their guest.
We hope to come back to Thailand and stay at Saii Phi Phi again!

The hotel lobby is nice and the stores are beautifully decorated. The room was nice and clean but had wacky design and bulky grandma arm chairs which took away the beauty of the room. The staff at the adult pool were nice and friendly. Their Black Ginger restaurant is overrated and overpriced, especially for Thai dishes. Breakfast had many food options but the quality was okay. Overall, the resort is beautiful but has no private beach.
