I liked the graciousness of the staff I encountered, the kitchenette we opted to pay extra to include in our room, and the hotel's great location. I didn't like that the lobby is under renovation, but we got no discount that I could see on that basis (no real lobby, more like a small bus terminal type of room on the second floor). Also, we weren't informed of the construction being done during our stay until several days before we arrived, although the management was surely aware of it long before our stay. I do think the hotel will be wonderful when the renovations are complete.

My only complaint is that we were on the 25th floor and could hear music coming in through the ventilation system, although more muted when we closed the vent in the window sill. The window was dirty on the outside, and the giant photo opposite the bathroom entrance of some shirtless, unattractive, sinister looking guy was unnerving, but otherwise the room was good. Some food prices in a couple of the Miracle Mile restaurants were actually reasonable. All in all, if we make it back to Vegas, we'd probably stay there again.

Floor was dirty, tight space bathroom, air conditioner cool but noisy. They have to collect $150 deposit others inn doesn't need to collect. One small towel was dirty. Will not go back there anymore.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this hotel due to a complete lack of basic amenities and helpful service. My flight out of LA was late at night, well after the 11:00 AM checkout time. When I asked to leave my bags for a few hours, I was told that my luggage was "not their problem." Basic luggage storage is a standard service for almost any hotel. If a property does not offer it, that policy absolutely needs to be clearly advertised at the time of booking so guests can plan ahead. Because the hotel hid this information, I was forced to waste my precious last day in LA dragging my heavy bags all the way to a downtown storage facility at an extra, unexpected expense. The hotel's total lack of accommodation and dismissive attitude completely ruined the end of my trip. I will not be staying here again and strongly advise others to look elsewhere if you expect basic hospitality.
