Amazed with this hotel, it’s absolutely stunning for the price point and what you’re getting!
In my case we booked a Premium Suite 1 Bedroom With A balcony, and WOW it was amazing! The whole kitchen with the island and a wine fridge and dishwasher too! Comes with pots, pans, forks, glass cups, etc- which is neat! Also on the sliding door behind are a dryer and washer stacked. Living room, amazing, with big TV and a projector which was very cool with the speakers above! Automatic blind/shades from ceiling to floor. Also the lights switch’s (some) are slide ur finger to adjust the lighting (dim) nice too! BALCONY! AMWAZINGGGGG! Wow such amazing view towards the MGM and Luxor Hotel, odd number rooms face the other side! Spacious balcony with couch seats, nice too! Bedroom with also TV and power shades/ blinds, super nice with access to bathroom (siding door) and very big bed! Bathroom was amazing too, although I wished it came with the tub as shown in the picture! But no big deal and the sliding door wouldn’t lock because the locking lock doesn’t lock/fit correctly! But no big deal! Super nice still! And toilet heats up and sprays :)
And yeah pretty much it, amazing room will book again in the future and very very satisfied, very worth it, great for small little calm family reunion/ party! (Don’t take my word, but probably is fine or not) but the space gives that opportunity!

Excellent staff! Very noisy ambience. Loud music at pool! Sunday brunch was like a nightclub atmosphere. Loud music again. Not a great choice if you want a more intimate surrounding. Bar very busy! Many outsiders on property. Local crowd coming in to party I guess

DO NOT STAY HERE! 🚨SCAM!!🚨 We needed a last minute hotel near Hollywood and thought this would suffice. We couldn't even make it through the first night without having to scramble to find a backup and they would NOT refund our money. First of all, this whole place is run virtually. You get a code emailed to you to enter and exit the building because no one physically works there. The front desk checkin experience is an Indian man on an iPad that you have upload your passport photo that God only knows who's servers it is getting uploaded and stored too. Immediately when we entered our room which was hot and sticky, we tried to turn on the air conditioner and was hit with a nauseating PEE smell that made us want to vomit. The floors are all cold hard cement, the bed was awful with half sized pillows. We tried to call to get more pillows only to find out house keeping wasn't going to be there until the morning. There was literally a metal grate in front of our window that we couldn't see anything out of. The TV was broken. The whole thing was uninhabitable. When we tried to talk to them about getting a refund we were told there was no manager on sight and there wouldn't be until Monday!! So we ended up scrambling at 10pm to try and find someplace new and got the HELL out of there. Hotels.com offered us $75 for the "inconvenience" but said it was ultimately the hotels' choice whether or not to refund us (for the three nights that we DID NOT SLEEP AT ANY OF THEM!).
