"Absolutely awful! Check-in took more than an hour. Rude and unhelpful staff. Cottage was a complete joke. The entire resort is extremely dated, dirty, the food available at the buffet is horrible, very basic and staff is extremely rude. This hotel is highly overpriced and I wouldn’t suggest it to ..."
