Luzon All inclusive Holidays

The Hotel itself was great. The issue was that they had 9 elevators but only 4 worked. Too much time spent in or waiting on an elevator. The room was beautiful but room cleaning service didn't come on the final day. I had an issue with a clogged toilet in the room and they never came when ordered through the phones AI. I called the front desk and after on hold for 10 min they sent someone up and it was fixed in 1 min.

Everything worked for me. Great resort property to spend your time doing business or pleasure. And a great base to use to explore the city and beyond. Highly recommended.

.The staff is nice, the rooms are clean, and it's a very quiet place. The only issue for me is that some of the furniture is starting to look old. Other than that, this has been the place where we have stayed for the last six years, visiting two to three times a year.

I originally came to the hotel for three nights, ultimately I ended up staying 3 1/2 weeks. When it came time for me to extend my room, another two nights, the hotel was sold out and basically told me I had to leave the property and go to another hotel. Completely unprofessional, eight at the Daly Grill almost every day, the customer service in this hotel absolutely is horrible

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable. We stayed here last year and had a great experience, so we returned for my husband’s 40th birthday and booked four rooms. This time was completely different. Our room had old, dried blood-like stains on the sheets and comforter, tucked underneath the mattress. We didn’t discover it until after we had already slept in the bed. I immediately called Guest Services and was told someone would come change the linens. No one came. We returned to the room later, and the sheets were still unchanged. I had to call multiple times and eventually go downstairs myself just to get someone to address a basic cleanliness issue. The bathroom was also dirty, and several fixtures were poorly secured. For a hotel stay, finding what appeared to be dried blood on the bedding is completely unacceptable. The fact that the issue was reported and still not properly addressed made it even worse. We were celebrating a special occasion, and this experience completely ruined our impression of the hotel. We will not be returning. I have pictures to prove this!
