A clean and safe property that is in the heart of the Old Quarter. This property is conveniently located near most major attractions and is very quiet despite being in the hustle and bustle of a very congested area. I enjoyed my stay at this property and recommend to anyone visiting the Old Quarter. *Note: during the weekend, the streets around the hotel are closed in the evening due to the Night Market. So, if you need to be dropped off directly at the hotel, please plan to arrive prior to the closures.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

We have just returned from the best trip to Vietnam! Our first stop was Hanoi and we stayed at this fantastic hotel located in the old quarter. Check in was so easy, rooms clean and you are right in the hustle and bustle of this amazing city. After 2 nights we went off to Halong bay and the hotel kept all of our luggage until our return which made everything stress free. We have stayed at 6 hotels during this trip and my husband and I have both agreed that this hotel stood out as our best. What makes this hotel extra special are the staff! Mia and Helena are so wonderful, welcoming and cannot do enough for you and the lovely Andrew who always greeted us with a big smile and gave us some great recommendations for our visit to Hue! Thank you for making our time in Hanoi so fantastic and we will definitely be back!

Exceptional breakfast buffet, amazing location, and very attentive staff. A truly lovely stay.

Booked two rooms for a two-night stay. The rooms were clean both the location and breakfast were excellent. Very friendly staff! Will stay again when I visit Hanoi.
