9.6/10 Exceptional! (326 reviews)
We absolutely loved Osaka and this accommodation was very conveniently located for us. Within easy walking distance from all the fun and excitement of Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi-Suji Shopping, American village etc. Close to good coffee shops, 7 Eleven right over the road, and many eateries nearby. The hotel was very quiet, the staff were lovely and helpful and we had everything we needed.

Extremely small rooms. Very difficult toconverse.Staff attempted to help with limited English skills .suggest more attempt to speak English as it is the universal aviation language and this is a tourist hotel

An amazing experience, from the very first moment we arrived the staff were faultless , our first trip to Japan has been wonderful and we could not highly recommend your hotel enough to future patrons 🙏 standards are set extremely high and are fulfilled daily
We had an Osaka Castle view room did not disappoint especially view at night.
