Wonderful staff and service at the Kempinski Dead Sea resort. Unfortunately the spa facility was closed for repair, so we weren’t able to enjoy it as planned, however the personnel throughout the resort more than made up for the disappointment with their kind and attentive service.

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous rooms ! The staff are very friendly and helpful. Dinner buffet after a long hike of Petra is a must ! Top tier service at the breakfast buffet as well and excellent food.
