Big negative: We were told we had 2 joining rooms and that was a big reason to book at your hotel. We were sent pictures of the doors and how they connected. Then when we arrived those rooms were given away! Our rooms were far apart and one was busy place opposite the elevators.
Positive: staff was friendly and rooms were good.

Even though they say 24x7 check in, the front desk is closed for hours at a time everyday. I travelled for 6 hours and met someone else who had travelled for 14 hours and both of us had to wait for an hour to check in. The front desk was also closed the next morning when I had a question to ask

Parking issues:
Was told the parking at the hotel was $17 a day to save a space, but that they did had “free” parking at the motel next door “budget in” so we parked there. The next morning was told by the front office guy to move my car or ir will be towed, we told him we were autorized to park there and he did not take it well, we finally had to move and park on the street.
