Reception girl - Carolin was so friendly when we checked in, and her smile was very welcoming to the establishment, which was refreshing along with the cost of the room being reasonably priced. Great view all the requirements in the room stoves etc. Clean room and bathroom. Look forward to staying again.

We loved the he apartment and the view from the balcony was amazing I would not book during school holidays again as the noise from the kids playing in the pool was excessive. They were in the pool from 730 am till it closed at 8 pm At times we had to close our doors to get some quiet time Not very relaxing It would be good to have a convenience store close by.

A bit too expensive with no microwave and the bar fridge was jammed packed with booze, could not fit your own drinks in. For a person who doesn't drink that was very annoying. If they tone down on trying to manipulate people from buying their products, will it smashed in your face, I would have stayed their again.

Would likely stay again considering the location, convenience and general style of the apartment. Spacious and roomy 2 bedroom modern styled apartment with high ceilings. Bathroom plus ensuite on main with seperate laundry room. Well equiped for a long stay. Good outlook to the NW. it was useful to find a guide booklet with all the appliance instructions. Car park has very reasonably sized spaces with easy access, although one needs to make many turns to reach the higher levels. While the apartment had many newer features there were a number of minor maintenance needs that hopefully are on the to do list. The most significant the sliding blinds on the NW facing patio doorways were missing sections and not all interlocking as per new requiring some care when handling and not fully closing off the glass. We were not a fan of the style of modern low backed lounges provided, considering our less than youthful bodies. The outlook of the apartment provided in the complex will vary depending on the floor (up to 20) and whether facing the NW, NE or SE. Worth confirming prior to booking. Cannot say how our appartment compares with any others offered in the complex.

I stayed in a studio deluxe for 3 nights with breakfast included. The bed was comfortable and the kitchenette had everything I needed. The pool and pool area was beautiful and definitely a highlight. The room was on the small side but ok for me being solo for a work trip. The lighting and ambience in the room could have been better thought through. The only lights were overhead spot lights and no bedside lamps. For reading at night, and winding down before sleep, I turned off all the lights and placed my phone on the bedside with the torch on for a reading light.

Great location walking distance to everything you need , easy enough to get on roads when you to drive out . Nice restaurant and bar area close to pool , rooms very clean , and well equipped

Wow! This has to be one of my most favourite hotels of all time. I can’t wait to go back.

The balcony was provided a nice place to sit, and bird lovers would love it with all the birds calling from the mangroves. From out there you can also see the stadium, which means you could possibly walk (if your up for it). The garden and pool area were clean, and the pool was a nice size with sufficient options to please most.

This was our first stay at this accommodation and we were very impressed with everything. No hesitation in recommending a stay here. Even though there was road work being done nearby there was no noise. A good walk down to The Strand for a meal before returning to our room.

Above average experience. Good location.
