Everything was easy peasy! Check in was simple and the location of the hotel is convenient to so many things. The cool vibe started in the lobby and flowed all the way into our room! Very cool hotel! Bed was comfy and room was clean too!

Lorraine, the manager, is extremely rude and very combative. Not only is she extremely rude to customers staying there, but also to her employees as well. If you ever have to go to her about your concerns, she will be very dismissive about your concerns. I told her AC was out for two days and she said,"no it wasnt." As if SHE was the one who stayed in the room herself. Thankfully, everything was resolved but the experience my family and I had here with her as well as the Hispanic woman who waves her hands around her face up at the front desk was absolutely unprofessional and made our vacation such a poor experience. The only good experience was Mel. You are amazing. That man needs a raise.
