Very helpful staff, convenient garage parking across the street however, of course, you are paying for it. The bar was not operational yet due to lack of permit. Once that is established, it would make it an even better stay. Nice facility overall, good size room and a great fancy toilet in the room with fancy functions. :) Definitely recommend staying here, great location.

Love the vibe of this hotel. The rooms are stunning, incredibly spacious, and feel more like a home than a typical hotel room. The views are top-notch, and the location is hard to beat—everything you need is conveniently nearby. The beds and furniture are exceptionally comfortable and inviting, making it easy to relax and settle in. I especially loved the bathroom products and the signature scent throughout the room—so much so that I’d recommend buying the room spray from the gift shop. The welcome note and treats waiting for us upon arrival were a thoughtful touch and made us feel appreciated. Check-in could have been a bit friendlier, but that may just be part of the LA hospitality style.

Overall this hotel did the job but was not as nice as advertised. Older rooms and facilities, $40 per day for parking, highway noise was loud in the mornings. Breakfast was also just a standard cereal/yogurt/toast bar nothing special.

Nice hotel, good view from room and restaurant. They were gonna give us roll away bed but didn’t have one, had ran out of them!! Room smelled musky when we entered. Otherwise good hotel

This is a beautiful upscale traditional hotel, with expansive gardens, landscaping and resort feel. Located in a quiet upscale residential neighborhood, it's just three minute or so drive to local shopping, museums (the Huntington, Norton Simon etc.) and other entertainment. The hotel offers several restaurants, including afternoon tea and a lively Bar (the Tap Room) with live music. Staff was friendly and professional. Would definitely return when staying in Pasadena and/or the LA area.

Restaurant staff and food very good. Front desk very good. Housekeeping did a poor job, cleaned room once and did not provide hand towels or wash clothes. Common areas are good with the exception of the gym which was totally inadequate. Lobby, bar, pool areas very nice. Rooms need an upgrade a little worn. Bed was very nice

appreciated the limited amount of rooms/parking avail. liked that the hotel was a bit tucked in/away. the virtual online staff was extremely efficient. could have used a microwave & softer bedside table lighting. basic live cable would have also been a plus.

The room was so small!!! Thank god we didn’t have our kids. No closet or space in the bathroom for my makeup and hair products. T.V was small also, my husband could only see half of it from the couch.

Clean, Helpful Staff, Coffee and Friendly Barista on site, Gym is useful just a bit worn out, pool was nice, no laundry on site
