Very well kept property. I was pleasantly surprised with the conditions. The rooms were modern and comfortable.

Friendly staff especially waitresses and I loved ivy!

I didn’t realize when I booked this property that it was one of those that want you to sit through a presentation to “buy In”. I was looking for close proximity to The Sphere. My mistake. Shower water was luke warm at best. Reported this to staff, who supposedly fixed the issue, but the water temperature was the same for the duration of our visit. We were in the very back building, which was quite a distance from the lobby. Called for a ride and help with our luggage to the lobby to catch an early flight. Never showed up. We had to walk and carry all our luggage to the lobby to catch a taxi. Had one breakfast at the small restaurant on the property. It was fine. Nothing special. Our stay was just OK. I would not stay here again.

Loved the rooftop pool, valet parking people were great, friendly staff at the hotel!!

I complained with the manager of the hotel and housekeeping for the poor management of my request to clean my room after the toilet got clogged. 9 am I requested to have the room clean (while we are out of the hotel) but returned to the hotel at around 2PM and the room was not cleaned yet. I called like 4 times and everytime I called, I was told that the cleaner is on its way (1st call was told it will only take 15-20 minutes) and took about an hour until after I complained that the cleaner arrived. When I spoke with another housekeeper on line and the manager I was told that all my earlier calls were not recorded (which explained why the room was not cleaned and the follow up cleaner never arrived). Its very frustrating.

The property itself was great. The staff were super lovely and the room was very nice and appeared to be recently renovated. Unfortunately nowhere did I read online that Venice beach has a large homeless population and it feels unsafe and unclean (lots of spray paint, garbage etc.). I was really shocked at the surroundings and will not return here for this reason.

Parking 15$ a night. I thought it was included. Noise little loud then expected
