Room was nice but hotel is very hard to navigate thru for my elderly mother. Parking is chaotic and confusing. If you pay valet, cars are everywhere. If you self park you have to park about 1/2 to 3/4 mile away and it'll take about 10 minutes to walk to.

Overall, our stay at the Palazzo was "ok", but there were several aspects of the experience that were disappointing.
My biggest concern was the substantial incidental hold placed on our debit card at check-in. This was not explained to us at check-in. We stayed five nights, and the Palazzo placed a $750 hold ($150 per night) on our card. We don't charge purchases to our room, so having that amount of our available funds tied up for the duration of our stay was inconvenient. Ironically, we were forced to charge purchases to the room this trip since what little available funds we had left were for expenses outside the Palazzo.
We also experienced a complete water outage for more than an hour during our stay. Unfortunately, this occurred while we were getting ready for a 2:00 p.m. show at the Sphere. I was in the middle of a shower when the water stopped and had to rinse the soap off using bottled water we happened to have in the room. While I understand unexpected issues can occur, this was a significant inconvenience, especially at a luxury resort.

This is our favorite and go-to place as we do not gamble and the location is unbeatable. Would appreciate some kitchenware rather than having to request from housekeeping. Brought our own paper plates/cups etc just for microwaving leftovers.
