Room was nice, staff nice and friendly. Outside, of property was nice as well.. Only, downside was sometimes the Wi-Fi would work. Sometimes it would not.

Hotel lobby was under construction messy entryway with unclear directions on where to go when you walk in as the check-in process was on a different floor. Parking was exorbitantly expensive as are the items in the mini bar in the room. I ordinarily want to two dollars or 12 to 15 or $20 which is just highway robbery. I've stayed at the W in other cities and had a much better experience.

Really did enjoy my stay. The club two doors down is a bit loud on Saturday but that’s Venice. Only had a couple of small issues with the actual hotel.
First:The tub was not clean and had an orange grime on it preventing me from using it for a bath.
Second: I had a simple question for the night manager my second night about parking and she was rude for no reason. I was surprised because the person who checked me in and everyone else was very warm and friendly. I wasn’t being difficult so it threw me off. Maybe she was having a bad night.
Otherwise. The beds were comfy. The balcony was a nice touch.
