We reserved two 3-people rooms for 4 peoples. Each room has plenty space for 2 people. The toilet and shower have separate rooms. In addition, the bathtub and washer/dryer in the bathroom are add-on bonus.

The staff is really kind and helpful. The front desk handled luggage forwarding for me as well, and I love that the restaurant congestion and the use of the laundry machines is visible from the TV home page in the rooms. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choices and I really love their deep soaking bathtubs! This was my second time staying here and I think it’s super convenient to Hakata Station so I’ll likely be booking with them again.

A little disappointing for a top end hotel. The room was nice and the shower and bathroom were excellent. We paid extra to have lounge access but the lounge was nothing to speak of. A few packaged snack foods, coffee and alcohol. No food and no service.
We thought the lounge would have breakfast like most lounges do so instead we went to the restaurant however we were refused entry because we didn’t have a breakfast voucher!! They knew we were guests of the hotel but still would not let us in. That was horrible service.
