Great service from check in to checkout. Very short walk to the beach, shopping area, restaurants. Easy access to transportation stations. Highly recommended. Surely book again this hotel for another visit.

Clean and courteous stay. Great to have laundry in the room. Pool facilities beautiful- make sure to bring a swim cap or hat. Decent gym. Gelato fantastic.

Check in and out is via Kiosk, simple and easy system.
AC is tied to lights and uses door key to keep them on, room got quite hot while I was out. 3 business cards fixed the issue. Light on door said Key in Use, indicating the door key was in the light slot, could be a security issue.
Toilet seat was not fastened properly and bidet did not work.
Common kitchen was stocked with tea, coffee and ice as well as eating utensils. Bed was comfortable, location was fantastic, two blocks to night market and two blocks to subway.
TV had Netflix, YouTube and Prime apps installed.
Good place to sleep while exploring Seoul if you don’t need a gym or pool.
