Breakfast buffet was great, a wider variety of food to select from. Room was generally clean and nice. Staff at the front desk were helpful in asking our questions. Definitely would love to stay here again!

Great hotel location for the upper half of Seoul! Easy to walk around and get transit.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Perfect location for seongsu shopping and visiting lotte world.

This hotel is close to Myeongdong Cathedral and seems to have a relatively good location. Being slightly in on a busy street seems to be an advantage. There is a large surrounding map inside the hotel, providing good guidance not only for foreigners but also for locals. And there's a self-locker, which is very convenient for temporarily storing luggage, and even better is that it's free. However, the flaw that the soundproofing doesn't seem to be very good and the amenties provided are a bit disappointing.

Best hotel/resort I have ever stayed in. The staff was incredibly helpful, everything was clean and unbelievably beautiful. The private spa was worth it! Plenty of restaurants and things to do!

The exceptional staff & sincere friendliness of each member was SO appreciated & quite refreshing to this American not accustomed to this. Spotless clean room & very spacious. Restaurant was superb. HIGHLY recommend, especially if just traveling through as a brief connection stay.
