직원분들 다 친절하시고 방도 깨끗해서 잘 지내고 갔습니다. 옆 방에서 응급상황 때문에 조금 시끄럽긴 했는데 잘 땐 괜찮았습니다. 홍대처럼 소리 나는 것 싫어하시면 여기 좋습니다. 공항철도도 근처라 편해용

She didn’t mind taking out our trash even though she was busy cleaning other rooms nearby

It was perfect! Everything we needed. It was clean, safe, stocked and the staff were wonderful to us.

Super helpful staff...went to have a relaxing night of pupus and beer and James served us. We were the last to leave the restaurant but he was so kind not to chase us out of the restautant. He was so kind and pleasant and he always had a smile when he was speaking with us. Went to the front desk for help with restaurants and they printed out a map of nearby places. Checking out, Dahlia was so happy and friendly to assist me. For a single traveller, my room was just the right size for me. However, a room with two beds seemed to be on the smaller side. The atmosphere was very welcoming and warm. The location was perfect walking distance to Insadong, Gwanghwamun Square, The Palace, Hanbok Village, the subway and a lot of eateries.

Staff was very friendly and the room was very clean as well! Highly recommend

It was close to the trains which made it easy to get to a lot of cool spots in Seoul with ease

Great location. Near the nightmarket and lots of shopping malls. However the room is a little small.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated their hospitality. The building was a bit old and looked a bit worn. However, the location was excellent. The staff were very friendly and made me feel very welcome.
