Good location - right next to metro. Clean room

Everything was so perfect

Super location to walk to many cultural and historical sites. Easy airport bus (6011)! The stop is just an 3 min walk away. Easy subway connection to other parts of the city. Easy to find restaurants and shop in Insadong. Very clean. Great breakfast buffet. Would recommend to couples of all ages, families and singles.

Satisfied stay at clean and a reasonable price hotel at prime location at Gangnam area.

Breakfast choices need to be more.

A very cool hotel for a more luxury option vs Paradise City I highly recommend. The room is amazing and once of the best beds I have slept in. The staff is friendly and accommodating! Also the service is top notch!! IF I had any issue it was the Casino...it was average at best.

Staff was very friendly, check-in was insane waited almost whole hour to check in, if you can make it go early. Lots to look around before checking in. Splash park was fun for the kiddo. Food was good Overall worth it! We only stayed for a night before leaving Korea. Would been nice if it was more than a night! Added breakfast and it was the best!!! So much better than all inclusive in Mexico 😂

Probably one of my best experiences at a hotel! I absolutely adored the receptionist who helped me figure out how to find places and gave me recommendations on where to eat in the area. Convenient store right next door to get your banana milk and ramen😋🍜 The manager that was on duty on Thursday 28th May 2026 between 2-3pm was ever so kind to us and even gave us a few coupons to have coffee and 1 free breakfast buffet ticket. It was an absolute pleasure spending time at Shilla stay and will definitely be coming back soon!

Rooms were a lot bigger then others in Seoul. Beautiful, lots of space, comfy beds. The property was fantastic. No plug ins by the beds though! The breakfast wasn't included and it was pretty expensive but a very extensive buffet.

Everything was so perfect

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Didn't really have much interaction with the staff. No traditional front desk but a kiosk, which a staff member assisted without being asked to and was completed in approx a minute. The rooms are clean with just enough size and amenities. Really liked the fact coffee was only a few steps away from my door and hot water dispenser in the room for tea. Five stars all around for the value. Better than 4 star we were at the nights prior. Best thing was its right in the middle of the shopping area with no noise heard at night.

We had to wait 2 hours for checkin. I know the check in time is 3 pm, but there are always some rooms that are ready earlier. Then at 3pm there were many people checking in at the same time. I liked the location. Airport limusine in front of the hotel for 18000 won. one washing machine and one dryer for the entire hotel. we paid a higher price with expedia, but the room was on the 11th floor with a nice view. we did not have time for breakfast unfortunatelly. There was some renovation gaing on in the foyer when we were there.

The location is centrally located and easy accessed to transits. Rooms were well kept, comfortable and clean. Breakfast were great; esp they also offered breakfast pack to go when we had an early tour. Would defiantly recommend!
