Cardamom Mountains Adventure Holidays

We were surprised at how much the property had deteriorated in the past few years since our last visit. Given what we feel was a very steep rate for the heat of the summer in Las Vegas, we expected to find a better maintained property. A few examples of maintenance items in the room: The shower door wouldn’t close and latch, the makeup mirror flipped forward and wouldn’t stay up, the bottom sheet on our bed was tucked in at least two feet short of the end of the bed, water pressure in the shower was so low it was difficult to rinse our hair, light switches for lights above and on the sides of the bed did not work, and the toilet tissue was so thin you could see thru it. On a positive side, the room ventilation and cooling was excellent, the room was very clean, and the elevators were quiet and fast. Guests need to know that there is no breakfast provided, no coffee, and literally no information in the room discussing any amenities that may be available at the hotel and attached casino. The only thing in the room were two $3 bottles of water. Next trip to visit family we will likely search for a new hotel.

Parking was easy, the room was clean and the staff was super friendly. Love the location and how close I was to the beach.

Clean. Rooms are larger than average. Convenient options of Starbucks and Antonio's Pizza right on-site. Shuttle to airport. Free breakfast in the morning.

Excellent food selections at restaurants and bars. Great pool! No end need to leave resort.

West tower privacy elevators, turn down service complimentary breakfast refreshments

My family loved the tennis court, pool, and jacuzzi. Room was great. Food was great too, from brunch to mid-day cookies and dinner cocktails. We very much enjoyed our weekend here. Valet was very friendly and accommodating as was the staff at the restaurant. We extended our stay since we liked it so much. Traveled with two teens. Opportunities- Gym was tricky to get into since you have to check-in at the spa to use which was a bit awkward. Front desk staff had one unfriendly young guy who lacked people skills. Nonetheless, everyone else was exceptional and will be back here for sure!

Easy and early check in. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Traveled with a family of 4 (two kids), so the unit was more than enough space and the location suited our needs. Gym and laundry room was a plus! Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is close to the subway station and Times Square. The room was clean and decently sized (you can’t expect big rooms in NYC). However, I feel like staying at this hotel wasn’t worth the lofty prices they charged. There were hidden fees upon arrival. Breakfast was included, but the quality of most dishes wasn’t great. Plus, it’s super crowded so it’s hard to feel like you have any personal space. It was hard to sleep at night because of how cold the building was. The bed in the room just came with a super thin sheet. The coffee machine in the room didn’t work either. The elevator was the most annoying part. It took several tries to get moving when I inserted my room card. Some of the people working at the reception desk need more training in how to deal with customers. Service with a smile helps.

Honestly best hotel I have ever stayed in! The smell in the lobby was so refreshing. The rooms were beyond clean, not even a little bit of dust in sight! I would 1000% stay again if I came back to NYC. And Times Square is right around the corner. You can see the red stairs from the front door of the hotel

Charged for a second day of parking even though one night, and paid very high price for room.

Needs upgrade so bad,everything is still from 90’s. Location is good,everything else so so old!
