8.2/10 Very good! (7,190 reviews)
We really like this hotel as it’s so close to the convention center for the event we went to. Honestly everything was good. The only complain was that our room shower doors didn’t work properly but it was nothing to cry about. Nice hotel!

Clean room, staff were helpful and the reception was pretty good not as understaffed and slow as Hilton. I'll consider repeating when I'm back in town,

The managers need complete retraining or higher managers that are way more capable in dealing with customers and not fighting and arguing with them and telling them they’re wrong

Interesting location. Parking is in an underground garage across the street.
Nice bagel shop about a block away; Sam’s Bagels - the breakfast bagel is yummy!
Room was a little small, but efficient. Great bathroom setup.
Worked for us!
