The staff at this hotel was extremely helpful very friendly. The room was really nice and clean and spacious could use a bit of updating. The carpet is showing its age. We don’t gamble so I can’t speak to any of that The pool was really nice, but the hot tubs were under construction so we didn’t get to try those out, but that wasn’t clearly stated when we booked All in all we would stay here again location was close to everything that we needed

It was clean, neat, the hot tub was perfect. I wish we could have stayed longer. They could have used more staff at check in time, but my upgrade was more than I could have asked for.

Great place to stay for a couple days in Vegas. Pools were the main reason we picked Mandalay Bay, but very crowded. We saw people lining up for free chairs before 9am. We didn’t go to the pool until 3pm and took a while to find empty chairs; didn’t want to pay $300-400 for reserved seats or day bed. Water a little cold on a windy day. Seabeeze care a great place for à la cart breakfast. Parking was convenient, short 5min walk from hotel elevator lobby. Hotel parking with in/out privileges at Mandalay Bay and other MGM Properties; we were able to park at Bellagio for free!

Great location, food and drinks! Only two complaints….the shower didn’t have a door and was not designed that way. It was cold and water went all over the bathroom floor with each shower. The other is the late checkout fee. Overall, it was a great place to stay. I’d stay again but upgrade to a room with a better shower.
