Excellent location. Staff was good, but our room was very average. You are paying for location and so don’t expect much in terms of the room. The attention to detail is lacking. For example, one of our vanity lights was broken and wasn’t fixed during our 3 night stay, even after we mentioned it. Another example is one of our lamp shade was lopsided because it was damaged by previous occupants and it was not replaced or fixed. Minor details but fixing these this would have elevated our stay.

Rooms are nice but hot waterin shower was consistent. Everything is so expensive inside the resort.

Room was nice and bathroom large. We forgot how inconvenient the walk from self park to check in was, can’t this be better? Check in was a long nightmare line as we also dealt with last time. Self check in we don’t love because you get put on a lower floor. We did have one issue and the staff comped us 1 night resort fees, so that was good. Location of hotel is great with fair room pricing, which trumps all the bad stuff. We did notice more smokiness than usual in areas it shouldn’t be Smokey, wondering if the hotel isn’t filtering out smoke as well as the hotel gets older. Bad in Bellagio too.
