The main reason I couldn’t rate higher than 4 stars was for the following reasons… -check in is 4pm, we arrived at 4pm on the nose, we had tickets to Les Mis 40th anniversary concert at Radio City Music Hall and wanted to get there as soon as they opened the doors at 6:30. "Staff was always super helpful with regards to the city but also helping recommend local places to go eat. Tracie was especially nice and we were always happy to talk with her. Roof top bar has an insane view of the Empire State Building but can be a little cramped. Rooms were always clean and the cleaning staff always kept us loaded up with towels and clean sheets. Super safe area and walkable to everything with close proximity to multiple subway entrances."
"The room is small as expected, but comfortable bed and size. Only complaint was that the shower water leaks into the floor boards outside the shower area. We had to step over that corner to about getting our socks wet since it was constantly leaking water when stepping on the floor boards there."
