All staff are very nice，everything was great.it’s just that there’s room door has a problem, every time we can not open the room door, when we change the room key, sometimes can open, sometime can’t open, so we need to change the key again and again.

Overall our experience at Wyndham Grand Cancun was excellent. Reading some of the reviews we were worried that we booked the wrong hotel to stay in. The staff was excellent and the food was really good. The beach did not have a lot of sargassum and was really nice. Yes the property is dated and does need some visual updates but I'm not here for the aesthetics. AC kept up and we slept nice and cool. My family enjoyed there stay and would recommend it.

The hotel was beautiful we wouldn’t change anything about the hotel except some of the food. We didn’t have anywhere to eat because everything was closed except the Asian restaurant

Great stay. I have stayed at a lot of secrets. It did not disappoint. I am a beach person and would have really liked better beach shade on the non preferred side. Most of them have it. The umbrellas were just not like the huts. Restaurants all great. I didn’t like the drive in the golf cart to there restaurants but the layout just doesn’t permit them within walking distance. Beautiful place. Nice pools. Plenty of seating. Great staff.

Every single team member went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived until the day we left. The level of service is truly top-notch and reflects the pride the staff takes in this beautiful resort. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional vacation experience.
