Sand Island Adventure Holidays

Beautiful clean boutique hotel on beach. Our room was small but overlooked ocean/beach. Hotel offers beach towels, reef safe sunscreen, beach chairs and umbrella for use.

Staff was grumpy. Was supposed to get a free breakfast and half-price parking with my Expedia status and they did not offer me either. I had a view of the wall on the next building over -there was a show playing in the lodging, which went very late and was very loud as my room was close to the venue.

We could partially see the ocean even though i booked ocean view. Now i know to book a suite because just ocean view does not get you full view like we wanted sadly. But even with all the remodeling going on, we had a wonderful time! Thank you 😊

Nice walking point into Waikiki. Stayed here with my family for a staycation Valentine’s Day ordeal and we had fun! Enjoyed the free drink tokens and all the little extras.

Hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Had a room with 2 queen beds and a beautiful partial ocean view. One thing I wish the room had was at least a small table especially when trying to eat. Didn’t utilize all the amenities but the pool was nice with good sunset views. Loved how close it was the the beach and walkable to all the shops.

Almost everybody on the staff was great. I think this hotel is very overrated and not worth the price. I came from The Four Seasons in Ko Olina and expected a very different vibe. Personally, I would highly recommend staying at the Royal Hawaiian instead as it’s extremely charming and much less expensive. For me, this hotel was all looks and no substance. With that said, there was nothing wrong with it. Just wasn’t for me.

The stay was everything they said it would be except the price! Expedia absolutely said no hidden fees beyond this price and it cost about $700.00 more then they quoted.

Yes, we had a balcony with an ocean view. Staff was exceptional. Great location. Hope to return!
