Nangyuan Island Adventure Holidays

This property is an older property. The rooms are clean and quiet and the grounds are kept. There is no sandy beach front, instead there is an ocean wall where one can relax in a lounger. The WiFi is weak and our cable tv did not work. We asked twice to get it fixed, it was never fixed. Buffet breakfast is average with Thai and North American choices. The public pool area is located near the front entrance, cars can be heard speeding by. The rooms are located down steps and downhill paths. Guests with knee or hip issues might find this difficult to manage. The best part of this hotel were the great staff. All were friendly, helpful and extremely accommodating. Sumchai was always available to help.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff were truly amazing so kind, welcoming and attentive and the room was beautiful, spotless and very comfortable. I genuinely couldn’t fault a single thing. The only thing I would change next time is booking a larger room or separate rooms, as there were three of us (my son, my sister and myself), but that’s purely down to my own booking choice and not a reflection on the hotel at all. Everything else was just wonderful. It was such a relaxing, enjoyable stay and we really wished we could have stayed longer. I would happily return and highly recommend it.

Clean room, staff helpful, beautiful part of the world.

My wife and I were here for our honeymoon and everything was excellent. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We even got our room upgraded from Sunset to Ocean suite!! I highly recommend and would definitely come back if we visit Koh Samui again!!

The service at this resort was wonderful- staff were always kind and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was pretty decent and had a good variety. The property grounds was very lush and green. With that said, I'd say this resort is more like a 4-star resort. We felt like a lot of details were overlooked or simply just not met- i.e. dirty/stained bedding that still persisted even after being replaced, beach towels that were falling apart. Still a great stay but for the price point, it felt a little short.
