The staff was not super friendly. The property is pretty hotel room a small full closed at 4pm which we found very odd. In a very central location in Times Square. Convenient to get to.

Very clean hotel room and friendly, helpful staff. Having breakfast readily available every morning was wonderful. We are so glad we stayed with the Riu Times Square for our first time in New York City!

Room was clean, spacious and wonderfully comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Diego. Food throughout the hotel was exceptional! Lobby bar had great end-of-day cocktails in a cozy setting. Will definitely stay again!
