Staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble, facilities were excellent the whole hotel was immaculate. Food at breakfast and evening meals 5 star. We would highly recommend.

The friendly staff are the only saving grace of this property. The hotel is very run-down and in desperate need of a full renovation. Having no running water for two days during our stay made for an unacceptable experience. To top it off, the location is inconvenient, and the hotel enforces a bizarre policy banning guests from ordering online food delivery to their rooms—something standard in almost every country we've visited. Between the infrastructure failures and restrictive rules, I cannot recommend staying here until major updates are made.
