Hotel was everything and more...

Our room was considered a standard ocean view and it had no ocean view. It was in building 22 and since it was on the lower floor, the view was blocked by the casitas in front of it. So I recommend booking a premier ocean view or if you book the standard ocean view, make sure you are on the second level. Otherwise, the resort is lovely. The staff are very friendly. We enjoyed a morning guided coastal hike with Morgan and Christos and also found the falcon talk very interesting.

Staff was friendly and paid attention to detail. The property was clean. The weight room could use some attention, but that’s only because I’m a weightlifter. And although the restaurant was nice, being limited to one restaurant is a bit cumbersome.

This hotel has a great location in West Hollywood. The room sizes are sufficient for three people. The hotel is clean and cozy. The staff is welcoming and amazing.

Did not use the gym. We bought coffee at the shop downstairs because the breakfast lines were much too long at the times we wanted to go. Beds were comfy, noise level was good. Shower was hot but does have to run for a long time to get hot as opposed to warm-hot. We used a plastic tablecloth and wall putty to cover the shower wall as the shadow show would have been an issue for us. Great location! Excellent, helpful, pleasant staff. Plenty of closet space. Wish there was a microwave in the room.

Clean room, staff and breakfast

Just in off famed Park Avenue, and a few blocks away from 5th Madison and 5th Avenue (shopping galore), as well as Central Park (easy to walk up to the Central Park Zoo, and if you want to get your steps in, up to the Met), this boutique hotel is a find. Especially as the rooms (we had two queen beds) were much larger than most in NYC at the same price range. While there's no food in the hotel, restaurants and coffee shops abound as soon as you walk out the door. And many rooms have small kitchenettes. The staff is lovely and helpful, the beds are very comfortable, and we would certainly stay again.

Great food nearby. Access to room was easy. Clean room . Overall experience was good.
