Restaurants that need to be reserved offer food that tastes bland and not necessarily included ingredients mentioned in the menu. Welcome staff was great, however the ones offering membership to the hotel club were too annoying and time consuming even after telling them no. Not any daily entertainment or great night entertainment either. Great room and our concierge Juan Jalpay went above and beyond.
