Tam Hai Island Adventure Holidays

This was a lovely spot to spend Tet, and we are so grateful to the amazing staff for making us feel so welcome and supported at a time when families are celebrating together. Beautiful rooms, very clean, good food!

We had a great time at this hotel! The staff was amazing from the moment we got out of the car, the concierge met us and took our luggage from the car to the room, it was maybe a little older than expected, but it was clean and well prepared for us. Breakfast was good. The day we checked out, they arranged the car that took us to Ba Na Hills and they held our luggage for us until we got back and carried it to the car, overall it was a great stay. My only regret is that I didn’t book more days here as the next hotel we stayed at was very disappointing.

This was a clean hotel with many amenities. They went above and beyond including providing a small fruit basket upon arrival, complimentary water and snacks as well as towels were replenished daily. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The pool was huge. The breakfast buffet included a wide variety of food as well as made to order coffee. We loved our daily breakfast while sitting outside and enjoying the view. The only negatives were the restaurant food was our least favorite we had during our week long trip. The restaurant and salon were also extremely overpriced compared to all of the other restaurants and spas within walking distance. You can get your nails done outside of the resort for 1/3 of the price. The shuttle was also a bit disappointing. It doesn’t run all day long to the beach or Hoi An and you also have to schedule it at least 1 hour in advance. I would prefer that the shuttle just run back and forth all day and you hop on when you’re ready. It was a great resort and I would consider staying again if I go back to Vietnam!

Room was clean. The shower had slow water stream and door was faulty, however the staff came to repair both quickly during the day. Very good service.

Big modern hotel across from beautiful beach. Ocean front rooms are a must. Breakfast buffet is huge with many excellent selections. Lots of restaurants, spas etc in the area.

We booked the Deluxe Double Room and had a great time here. - All the staff (indoor and outdoor) were super friendly. - We had a partial beach view. - Great daily rotation and wide selection of breakfast options. - The room was clean and spacious. - The gardens were well maintained.
