The breakfast menu had a good selection of fresh food and fruit. No restrictions on the amount you has. The staff could not do enough for us. Interested in our life in Australia and were very open about their life in Vietnam. Happy to offer suggestions on day trips out of the way hidden treasures.

The place was nice and our suite was beautiful. We booked the suite with the pool, and my kids loved the pool. Now here's my complaint. There were never enough towels in the room, so I kept having to ask for more from housekeeping. Considering there's a pool, they should know we will be needing more than 4 towels a day. Especially when there's 3 people in the suite. (Suite usually sleeps 4) Another thing, housekeeping was iffy. One day our room would be clean and the next it looked like they barely cleaned anything and only made the bed. Dishes in the sink weren't taken away either. They never changed our new cups for us at the bar. Pillow was tossed on one side. I even tipped housekeeping to make sure they would do a better job next time and take the dishes out. The dishes from us ordering room service. And then check out. Make sure you dont lose a key card! Cause they'll charge you for it! I booked 3 rooms for my entire family, my son misplaced a key card and I was charged for it. Back in the states we would just toss them. But whatever.

We had a junior suite which was quite a good size. It aLao came with a daily foot massage, which was lovely. The spa anrea was very clean and bright. The girls working there were lovely and the massage was very pleasant. The room was well appointed, the only thing lacking was a full length mirror. Breakfast was also pretty good, not a big buffet but it had a wide selection of western and Vietnamese food. The breakfast staff were so helpful as they not only made eggs to order but also Vietnamese coffee and teas. Last but not least, the reception staff were outstanding. All spoke English well, were very helpful, in fact they went out of there to assist with even the smallest thing. Because of the oppressive heat during our stay we spent quite a lot of time at the hotel and got to know the staff very well. We really enjoyed the pool, although it was indoors, it was perfect. Not too deep in most areas and a good temperature to relax in. Overall our stay at little residence was a memorable experience, and we would not hesitate to stay there on our next trip to Hoi An.

Disappointing check-in experience. The front desk staff looked overwhelmed and the lobby was chaotic with many guests waiting. Despite arriving at the 2 PM check-in time, we still had to wait. No welcome drink was offered. The rooms were also very small. Breakfast and afternoon tea were included, but they weren’t impressive — just okay.

The hotel, staff, amenities, restaurants and overall grounds/water park are fantastic. Ideal for families. We had a great stay. My only criticism and this isn’t at the hotel becUse the hotel is great. It’s there isn’t much around the hotel so you do feel isolated.

The hotel was clean, staff read good. My only complaint was there were kids at the pool running and jumping in the pool splashing everywhere. There was an adult male swimming in his underwear around all the kids and there were 3 hotel staff at the pool and they did nothing. There is a list of rules posted on the wall. I am guaranteed peaceful use of the property when I book a stay and I did not get that
