The staff were amazingly helpful and kind. The breakfast buffet was very well done with a wide variety of items to choose from. When particular employee, Vivian, was exceptionally professional and helpful with all of our inquiries. The rooms were very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

There are small shops nearby. Make sure you carry enough VND. There are couple of seven eleven like stores that accept credit cards. In entire Hanoi, many places don’t accept credit cards. I found the eating options in the hotel limited. The breakfast was good. Awesome view if you select the lakeview rooms.

The room has everything you need, but is older and more worn than the pictures show.

Stayed During the Tet Holiday; Hotel Staff were all lovely and helpful. Special shoutout to the Concierge staff, who were able to find us a City Tour Guide working during the holidays. We had an excellent stay and the Lotte Hotel Hanoi will be my first choice on my next visit to Hanoi
