Northern Vietnam Adventure Holidays

We enjoyed our stay at Oriental Hotel. The staff, especially Vivian, Sam, and Bob were super helpful and friendly. It was raining and the street in front of the hotel was blocked off so Bob accompanied us to ensure we met a grab at the correct location. Breakfast is good but there is no dining for dinner. Very charming and quaint atmosphere would definitely stay again if travel brings me back to Hanoi.

Property is on older end. Feels like some colonial hotel

Kind staff, great location, however things are a little run down. Breakfast buffet wasn’t nice either, better off going out. They offered lots of services as well, but were all priced at double what you could get outside of the hotel. We booked a King bed, but found it was just 2 x double beds put together, so had that ridge in the middle of the bed. Didn’t matter overall, though, as the bed was so huge

Great hotel in Hanoi. Dining options galore. Amazing staff. Mall on site and other shopping options near by. Ample rooms and comfy beds. As usual, Lotte is synonym with satisfaction.

Its central to the tourist spots. Friendly staff.buffet breakfast was good. Rooms are spacious.
