8.6/10 Excellent! (1,004 reviews)
The room was not ready at all. No bathrobe no slipper no shampoo (wrong bottle of lotion instead of shampoo in the shower. The phone is out of order so I frequently shuttled to reception... and coffee machine is not working from the broken cap... those were not fixed until check out..
Room view is blocked by surrounded buildings... not happy with it..

9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,002 reviews)
Great location. Amazing rooftop bar. Our room had great views but the all white room with mirrors was off putting and easy to run into a wall at night. Bed was very comfortable. Netflix didn’t work. Black out curtains didn’t work.

9.8/10 Exceptional! (208 reviews)
Very clean spacious room , the staff at the reception and the breakfast buffet were extremely friendly and always ready to help . All rooms are air conditioned which is not always a standard in older districts in Central Europe. The location is ideals to bust most of the major tourist attractions .
