It was ok we had blood on our pillow. Not a good first impression. No one to check out after 9am even tho I was at the door at 9:15am and advertise staffing from 9:00qm -4:00pm

Toilet running and kept topping up 24/7. Hot water far too hot and not tempered as per AS3500 Plumbing Code. Shower changed from warm to cold to hot in fast succession - burnt me. Noise from local bars until midnight then commercial rubbish bins emptied at 0530 then the rest at 0600. Sleep deprivation which is not what a traveller needs before a long drive. A town for young visitors as the food choices reflected.

"Private Ensuite Room. There's no hangers nor places to hang including in the bathroom. It wouldn't be too comfortable if we stay like 3 nights. However, staff are super nice and welcoming. Without them, I would give 1 star."
