We loved that this place, had everything we needed. The pillows and comforter so soft. Wasn't expecting an extra bathroom in the living room, which was great! Beautiful place. So cozy. Owner answered right away for any question or help we needed. Neighbors were so friendly. For sure we will come back when we return to Van Nuys.

Beds were good altough the bed covers were stained everything else was good.

Dated rooms at a historic property. Know that before booking and you will enjoy.

Exceedingly above my expectations

We loved pretty much everything about this hotel. Loved that it was smaller and quaint. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room and bathroom, elevators, hallways, lobby - all were VERY clean. Great stay!

Alice and the staff in the Gold Experience were beyond helpful. Loved the room, balcony and service overall.

Check-in took more than an hour, people at the front desk were disrespectful

It's our first time staying at Encore. When we go to Las Vegas, we always stayed at Venetian or Palazzo. So when I was looking this time, I decided to stay where rooms are just like Venetian's -- huge and elegant. Thanks to a youtube review that compares Wynn/Encore to Venetian/Palazzo where Encore took the top spot. The best part of our stay was the free early check-in (we arrived at around noon). The room we were assigned was 2236 and we had views of the strip and the Sphere. There's an iPad to access everything from lights and temperature control to tv volume and your folio (to check hotel charges). And if you're too lazy to use your fingers, just use voice to ask Alexa to do things for you -- Alexa, turn the lights off (or low); Alexa, close the curtains. There's a tv in the living room which can be rotated to face either the bedroom or living room. Plus another small tv in the bathroom. I liked that the toilet, shower and bath tub are separate. Take note: there's a $55/night resort fee (I knew this before booking). We used the pool for one day (out of 3). I ordered a drink and gave a 20% tip, not aware that there's an automatic $4.50 tip for every drink you order. There's a wide range of restaurants at Encore and Wynn, but most of them are fine dining and my husband didn't bring the appropriate attire for such. But we tried Wazuzu and Red 8 which are both commendable in quality of food and service. Of course there's lots of food options outside.

Check-in is terrible, early check in is impossible. And even on time check-in is not ready. We have to spend 150 dollars more to be able to check-in to a different view room.

The shuttle service was exactly what we needed for our trip. The restaurant and bar was very good. Staff was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. Always clean whenever we left to go out.

I liked how close it was to Intuit Dome, comfortable walking distance. However, the expectations I had for the property quickly diminshed when we were about to check in. A beautiful pool area was advertised but was not even complete and was closed during our stay. In addition, there was ongoing construction between the two buildings of rooms. The elevators were extremely small and the rooftop bar was not open during our stay either. Be ready for valet parking, only, at a check out price of $60.40 a night, at least that is what was on our invoice. Our waitress, Lindsey, was pleasant and helpful and was the highlight of our stay.
