Lovely family hotel with an excelling mini water park for the kids. Kids absolutely loved it and food was excellent especially the desserts. Amazing scenery and beautiful hotel. Only thing is sea is very rough due to area being quite windy so best to stick to pools.

A Truly Memorable Stay – Warm, Welcoming, and So Worth It! My fiancé and I came from Canada and stayed two nights at Crystal Beach Resort Bellemare in December 2023 and it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the warm welcome to the incredible service, everything was exceptional. The food was fresh and varied, the drinks were great, and the entire staff from reception, housekeeping and restaurant made us feel genuinely cared for. As Mauritians living abroad, we were deeply touched by how respectfully we were treated just like any international guest. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been our experience at every hotels we’ve been in Mauritius, but this hotel made us feel truly seen, welcomed, and appreciated. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the heated pool was the cherry on top. We felt completely relaxed and on vacation. I loved it so much that we gifted a stay to my parents a 2 nights all-inclusive stay. It was their first-ever hotel getaway and they were absolutely glowing with happiness the entire time! If you’re looking for a peaceful, genuine, and high-quality stay in Mauritius, whether you’re local or visiting from abroad, we can’t recommend this hotelenough. We’ve already started recommending it to our friends and colleagues in Canada who are thinking about visiting Mauritius! The staff seemed in need of training. Check-in was very long as the front desk people were unsure of what to do. Some of the wait staff were confused and seemed to have a difficult time organizing basic drink orders like a rum and coke, and the breakfast staff had difficulty getting coffee. Despite their challenges the staff were very polite and friendly. The buffet dinner was horrendously overpriced; nearly USD$100.00 for one person! The property itself is very beautiful, well-maintained and in a great location.

The accommodations were wonderful. Ocean view room. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Service was great. Food selection at buffet breakfast and dinner was extensive. Very good. Adult pool beautiful and quiet. Beach was not white sandy as we expected. Water shoes needed in ocean.

A good hotel but struggled a bit with guest numbers over New Year.

After being greeted so warmly by gate security, the tone was set for service excellence by the Constance Ephelia team. We stayed in a Jnr suite, which was well presented and large, with a beach/sea facing view. Room cleaning staff were excellent, twice a day the room was seen too. There are 5 restaurants on the resort, all very nice delivering great food, and various types to keep everyone happy, and themed evenings to give additional variety, we went half board, which was perfect, full board given the amazing food would have left us in a food coma each day. There are also multiple bards for afternoon or evening drinks, with evenings offering live music. There are 2 main beaches, north and south, each offering water sports, the south beach is quieter and our preference, however the tide effects watersports here as its shallow. When I booked, I contacted the hotel and they arranged transport to and from the airport. Special mention to Crispin on reception, who went above and beyond on assisting me.
