8.6/10 Excellent! (828 reviews)
The staff was great! The room was quite small. We registered for a queen bed but received 2 small double beds pushed together, which is not the same as a queen bed. The bathroom was good size. The best part was the balcony! Absolutely spectacular! The views were incredible.

8.8/10 Excellent! (1,006 reviews)
The property was okay, floors needed to be cleaner(bathroom) , needed tissues , none available, shower head difficult to adjust, water slow in draining, cracked bath tub, afraid water was going to leak into room below, not a complaint , just an observation for improvement.
Your staff was very helpful.

Very nice spacious clean room. The concierge staff were extremely helpful. Only negative were the lifts in the hotel took forever.
