Excellent room..staff..and parking 18.00 perday wich is good..Go to Norms for 24 hour breakfast..lunch and dinner...Not far at all far from the hotel. Beautiful swimming pool ..fier pit and beautiful sItting area for reading..and relaxing..Excellent staff..and the cookies is a nice signature touch.. Excellent room.

We love this hotel! The decor was amazing! 20ft ceilings, lots of space, tables, outlets. The desk chair was one of the most comfortable that I’ve sat in. Loved there was a vanity table in the bathroom with two outlets. Onsite restaurant. We felt transported in time while staying there with the decor. There is no shuttle to LAX, if that’s what you need.

Great place for family staycation very clean and well maintained hotel staff are polite and helpful close to fashion mall if you like shopping I would definitely recommend it to my friends and colleagues ! Looking forward to my next staycation

I loved the Palazzo and Venetian properties!

It was a great stay, hours are flexible you can stay in the pool until 11:00pm, my kids had fun, and the villas are comfortable, spacious and equipped with everything, it’s my third time here, we will com back

We used to stay in the Venetian a lot. And things were different before the change of ownership in 2022. Check in was ok - I was asked if I wanted to upgrade my room and when I showed interest, the front desk lady said we don’t have any left to upgrade! The rooms are nice and comfortable - we stayed in the South tower in a remodeled two queen room. The pools on both sides were with murky water. We decided to try the pool restaurant on the northern side. The hostess was the rudest person arguing with other tables and ours about asking for an umbrella to cover the tables for shade. We requested the manager and he was nice enough to accommodate our request. Food was so so. Nothing compared to what it was years ago. Room service was bad! Tasteless overpriced food. The French fries used to be steak fries and so delicious. Now they bring you tasteless frozen fries. Ordered carrot cake and it was so bad that the Chinese buffets have better quality dessert. Overall it was an ok stay but not like before.

The Room was clean and comfortable; however, the bathroom needs an update, especially the bathtub faucet, which should be replaced or repaired. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast was excellent, with many food options to choose from. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.
