I was impressed by the elegance and refinement of The Lana, Dorchester Collection Dubai — truly exceptional hospitality throughout my stay. My visit fell just days before my birthday, and during breakfast at Riviera I was unexpectedly surprised by the maître d’, Nanouka, with a specialty from the menu, a candle, and a Riviera keepsake. It was a thoughtful gesture, perfectly aligned with the hotel’s understated style. What made the experience even more meaningful was a conversation about music. After learning I enjoy classical music and play the piano, Nanouka mentioned the Georgian composer Giya Kancheli. When I shared that I enjoyed his work but couldn’t find piano scores, she independently followed up with links to several of them — a rare level of attentiveness. Special thanks as well to Renel at the Concierge desk for his professional and attentive assistance with my travel arrangements. Outstanding experience in every sense.

The original hotel was booked completely, and they upgraded us to the sister hotel, and I was amazed by the quality of the hotel and staff. I am really happy about it.

One of the best stays, all staff members we encountered were so nice, accommodating and helpful! The property is clean and spotless, the views from the room are spectacular, the breakfast had a wide selection and everything we tried was amazing! The spa is something different all together and I would highly recommend this hotel and the spa to anyone interested in a bit of some pampering and disconnect!
