Noise from construction site in front of hotel was very annoying. Whilst not the fault of the hotel close liaison with the contractors should have been made to understand what problems would be anticipated? In fitness hotel did offer to change my room. 7 am wake up calls we’re annoying but not the fault of the hotel. Television only gave me access to around seven or eight channels from the 50 that were listed Windows were very dirty Tap in the sink in the bathroom was loose Once I would rate the hotel overall as good these matters do need to be put right.

Lovely but expensive

Staff were fantastic and accommodating,but i must say the grill bar restaurant near the pool area definitely needs a better chef iv never not liked or smelt zankah in dubai before at any restaurant, this was a 1st.

Everything about Raffles is excellent! The rooms are amazing and the staff could not be more helpful. Cannot recommend highly enough. Go for the Club option, it's absolutely worth it

Clean room, nice staff, great location, everything was super except for some small issues like the sound of mosque near hotel, the noise of staff putting their cleaning stuff next door in storage room.

Very clean and pleasant hotel, good beach
