the hotel is lovely. nicely redone and the restaurants and food is very good.
the only issue and its important....the mattresses are incredibly hard. like sleeping
on a table. if you like a hard mattress....this is a good thing....if you like something more comfortable....this is not the place.

For me, this place is an amazing location as it’s pretty much right across the street from Central Station. I stayed in the NH hotel in Berlin and this is why I chose this hotel when I went to Amsterdam. Probably the biggest disappointment was a spa area. The one in Berlin is amazing and it has a sauna and a relaxation area next to the workout area. They provide robes and it’s just a very relaxing and wonderful experience. The spa in this hotel was not even close and a huge disappointment from what I experienced at the Berlin NH property. I’m actually staying there right now as I’m writing this review. Again location wise this place is amazing. My all-time favorite hotel is Park Plaza right across from Central Station as well, but that place can be very pricey so I really appreciated that this place was a bit more reasonable.
