The entire property is VERY clean & alllll staff was very nice. Valet was amazing. Free parking. The restaurant inside called the kitchen was soooo good. Breakfast buffet was $22 with a drink and has an omelette station. Pizza place was good too. If there’s an event tho expect to not have parking and it’s NOT easy to get to your room through the exiting crowds from the concerts. A double queen room is pretty small if you have an family. Other than that it was nice and clean.

The hotel was one of the newest hotels on the strip. But the location and minor details really made the hotel a little more disappointing than it should have been.
The positives: The facilities were pretty nice. The pool was great with plenty of seating. The service was great. The infinity pool and view (empty lot and construction) wasn’t that amazing, but still pretty nice.
The neutral: The hotel is on the end of the strip, making walkability a little more challenging. It would have been fine, but food/bar (or shopping) options are limited. This makes the hotel options less desirable. Hopefully in the near future there will be more options in the hotel or around the area.
The negative: To start the front desk staff was terrible. We waited 45 minutes to check in. The staff only focused on the platinum or preferred customer. Instead of helping guests, members of the staff went around and offered water to people in line. You definitely feel undervalued as a “regular” guest.

The room service is great and room is nice and clean, BUT there is no sound proof! I stayed for 7 nights, the last night was nightmere, the room next to me is screaming at 2am, i have to bang on my door for them to stop but they did not :)) should have add siesta time or something
