Staff ok. Building in run down condition. Escalators not working elevators run very slow. Takes too long to move around on property

The hotel offers a truly memorable stay, blending comfort with a distinct sense of character that sets it apart from standard accommodations. From the moment of arrival, the atmosphere feels warm and thoughtfully designed, with staff who are attentive without being overwhelming.

NobleDEN is a great hotel placed perfectly near little Italy and Chinatown. Subway stops were not far away you are surrounded by great food options. The staff were very nice, friendly and accommodating. Always greeted you when you left and returned. Would stay here again. The view from the roof was pretty and a nice spot to relax. The rooms were clean and kept tidy. House keeping was friendly and helpful.

Lovely, attentive staff and a genuinely helpful concierge who booked us a fantastic dinner. I really can’t say enough about the entire staff from the moment we checking until to the end. This Hotel has One the most beautiful restaurant with fantastic service and food. I truly loved my room . The maid was keeping the room clean and paid so much attention to little details that my wife and I cared so much about. . Five star and Fantastic breakfast and dinner!!! All the waiters staff very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

It’s a nice hotel but it’s definitely not worth the price of the room. The pool is super tiny and will be overtaken by children. The only restaurant onsite is priced extremely high and the service is terrible; slow, expect to sit there for 2.5 hours. I also ordered a $130 bottle of prosecco but paid around $193 for it due to charges of having it delivered to my room, (from the restaurant onsite?) Paying $63 extra for having delivered what you order from the menu in your room is absurd. I have stayed at the Four Seasons, The Ritz, etc. and none have been as desperately money hungry as Oceana. I paid about $1050 for the one night and honestly people could get a way better experience for that price anywhere else. Expect to get charged for breathing at Oceana. I wouldn’t go back there.

A great hotel close to transit in DTLA. Loved that they have sparkling water in the vending machine!
